Google appears to be moving more towards personalization in the Google search results lately. They are even determining your location and serving up search results based on your location. Google is now allowing you to block web sites — at the domain name level–from appearing in the search results. Previously this feature was only available via an add-on to Google’s Chrome web browser. But now, it appears that Google has begun rolling this feature out for all users.
