TA Orange found its growth in subscribers and services impeded by its legacy systems. To cope with exploding subscriber growth and demand for services such as MMS and content, TA Orange required an OSS that would ensure efficient high volume activation of customers and services along with the accurate collection of its event records. This in turn provides the rapid time to revenue for new services and assured revenue capabilities critical in today's competitive market.
